Description

The HR team is looking for a highly proactive, creative and enthusiastic intern who is curious and eager to learn more about the Human Resource function within a unique international company. The purpose of the role is to assist the HR team with the planning, implementation and evaluation of the projects as well as the maintaining and reporting of information systems in line with our strategy.

The eager individual will be able to gain practical experience working in a diverse team of experienced HR professionals. The highly energetic team is committed to challenging the successful candidate’s skills and competencies through mentoring and on-the-job learning. More specifically, as an intern within the HR team, you will contribute to the planning and execution of various events, projects and programmes.

You will be a full member of the HR team, providing the HR team with tactical and operational support. You will also be responsible for designing and conducting your own individual HR projects.

The intern will support HR in following key areas:
•Projects
•Events
•Information Systems & Reporting
•Training Programmes

Responsibilities:
1. Projects
•Support in the further design of HR portal
•Design and operationalise evaluation tool
•Implement Management Development System

2. Events
•Assist in the overall design, planning and development of the event, including topic development, finding vendors and preparing materials.
•Production and distribution of event promotional materials, such as goody bags and etc.
•Oversee registration working with team assistant
•Manage the events budget and financial reporting
•Assist in the execution of all programme aspects
•Provide an in-depth evaluation after the event

3. Information system and reporting
•To log conversation
•To document Development Path
•To create overviews /statistics
•Support the design of uniform Performance Report

4. Programs
•Being responsible for executing and monitoring complete training cycles according to the planning
•Provide an in-depth evaluation after each training/event
•Being the first point of contact for specific questions about assignments and trainings
•Support in writing manuals, policies, guidelines, templates

Profile

•Successfully complete University degree or Bachelor degree
•Fluency in English, written and spoken
•A solid understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Excellent planning skills in general
•Project management and skills (and track record)
•Excellent verbal communication skills
•Good visual communication skills
•Good listener
•Excellent English writing skills
•Ability to convey energy and enthusiasm
•Ability to find creative alternatives
•Service-oriented, having insight into what others value
•Building rapport and trust
•Assertive
•Persistent
•Proactive, self starting
•Graduate in the field of communication/psychology/business administration or an other related study
•Must be available for a minimum of 6 months
