After closing a recent investment round, Flexpat is on the look-out for a Human Resources Entrepreneur Intern, to help us organize our fast-growing company around people.
The main responsibility for the Human Resources Entrepreneur Intern is to place the best remote talents on challenging projects of our clients, mostly fast growing startups and tech companies. As the second responsibility, you will be involved in designing and setting up the recruitment and selection process.
In this role, you will have a dynamic role and diverse responsibilities, which will develop as the startup grows. Therefore, we expect a highly engaged, flexible and hard working team member. It is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to grow quickly and wants to experience working in an ambitious and fast-growing startup.
Flexpat has its offices in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, a hip city and upcoming startup hub. Flexpat is (of course!) remote friendly, but because of the crucial phase we are now in and the importance of your position, we will be working on-site in Rotterdam the following few months.
Be involved in recruitment process for assigned roles, including job description creation, postings, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates and making the offer of employment;
Assist in running Flexpat’s HR funnel as a business in itself, making decisions that enable the company to grow with the best people available;
Be involved in creating and improving HR policies, processes and procedures and train staff on policies;
Administer all packages to employees and be the point person regarding any questions;
Ensure staff development and engagement;
Manage onboarding and orientation for new employees.
HBO/University studies, completed or ongoing, in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related;
You are hypothesis-driven, result-oriented and persistent in learning;
You have a hands-on, can-do attitude, with strong project management skills;
You have social and communication skills;
You are available for 16+ hours for at least 5-6 months.
