Your mission

In collaboration with the Planning and Customer Service and Logistics team you will work on the KPIs for the whole Supply Chain team of Nutricia Export. You will coordinated and evaluate the information flow within departments and work on continuous improvement.

The focus of this role, which is central in the Supply Chain organization, is to provide all stakeholders with service and information in a way you make sure that each party knows what will happen when, and when to do what. In other words, you are busy with reporting and analysis of the master data of the main KPIs of supply chain.

So what would be your main tasks?
Monthly Scorecard for Supply Chain
Freight cost analysis together with Finance
Working with our system to place and confirm the orders
Overflow analyses
Correct entry and maintenance of orders in Nutricia Export’s system, shipment plans and master data
In time delivery of all export documentation ensuring for instance timely customs clearance
Be contact person for customers and logistic service providers as well as internal parties like sales

About the team

You will be working in the international and intercultural Supply Chain team of Danone Nutricia Export, in particular the Supply & Demand Planning team and the Customer Service team of around 8 people. Your manager is Inna Kochuma, the Customer Service Logistic Manager.

Together they are responsible for the supply chain of the Early Life Nutrition products in all countries (over 40 markets) where we don’t have offices, but where we work with pharmaceutical importers/distributors that represent our brands.

Profile

About you

You are able to manage complexity and keep the overview, handling big amounts of information is easy for you. You enjoy building relationships and you love working with numbers and Excel.

On top of this, you:
Have an international mindset
Have good analytical skills
Are detail oriented
Are curious, pro-active and you feel comfortable working autonomously

There are also some hard requirements that you should meet:
You are enrolled as a University student in i.e. the area of Supply Chain / Finance for the whole period of the internship;
You are fluent in English – and in or Russian or Spanish, oral and written;
You are available to start in the beginning of August, 2017 for minimum 6 months full time;
You are living close to Zoetermeer (or willing to relocate).
