About the Team

As a Campus Recruitment & Employer Branding Intern, you will be working with the HR Talent Team in Zoetermeer, the Netherlands. The HR Talent Team is part of the Cluster Business Services that work tightly with all four business units of Danone – Dairy, ELN, AMN and waters. You will directly work with the Young Talent & Employer Branding manager, and due to the small size of the team, you can take lots of responsibilities make a direct impact. The focus of this internship is talent acquisition and development of interns and young graduates, as well as all employer branding activities for the Benelux area. There are multiple responsibilities awaiting you, so you have to love challenges!

About The Job

As we see this internship as a learning opportunity for you, you are challenged to indicate on which fields within recruitment and employer branding you wants to develop yourself. Next to these projects, there are some tasks that will be there continuously throughout the internship. The main focus will be the recruitment of other interns in the Benelux (as we work on a Benelux scale) and Employer Branding activations within the Benelux.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:
•Supporting the Campus recruitment process from beginning to end (job intake with the hiring manager, writing engaging job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, administrative part and bringing the good news!);
•Communicating with various stakeholders – You are in contact with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, the HR team, external vendors and of course candidates. This all in a very international environment;
•Ensuring that the company is present with great content on relevant job/student platforms;
•Creating content and organizing events aligned with the Employer Branding strategy;
•Improving our career website and promote it;
•Innovate and maintain our social media strategy and usage;
•Researching the market and best practices, and making recommendations.


About You

So, what are we looking for? You definitely must be an open and enthusiastic person who likes to be in touch with many stakeholders. Asking questions and expressing your ideas is in your DNA. You feel confident working autonomously, but also have no problem in working together with the whole Talent Team. Also, you have:

•Knowledge/Interest of the basic HR processes;
•Creating content from the perspective of the end- reader;
•Strong communication skills – you are the first point of contact between candidates and the company;
•Multi-tasking and prioritizing;
•Love helping others and bringing them good news!

There are also some hard requirements that you should consider:
•You are a Bachelor/Master student in HR, Communications, Organizational Psychology or relevant field and you will be enrolled for the whole period of the internship;
•You are fluent in English and preferably Dutch – oral and written;
•You can start in September 2017 for at least 5-6 months, 4-5 days per week;
•You are able to work in Zoetermeer, the Netherlands
